Interview Phase: Assessing CompatibilityDuring this phase, you will meet with your potential department head and possibly some colleagues in one or two in-depth interviews. Depending on the position, we may request that you prepare a case study, and we will provide details if this applies to you. We will outline the specifics of your interview process during the initial conversation and will ensure you are updated on every step along the way. The entire process may take between two to four weeks, but we will strive to provide you with prompt feedback at each stage.
